For the life of me, I'm unable to understand why those murderers of the Dr Cao in Footscray will only spend two years behind bars. They should at least spend the rest of their bloody natural life behind bars.

There is a quote from the trial judge that they both came from 'good families'. What sort of parents lets their kids roam the streets after dark with a gang of ten other youths?

yeah i read part of the article last night, said they met at macca D's before hand and decided to go out and do some "curry bashing"

Front page of today's Advertiser reveals the name of a Magistrate here who is alleged to have sexually molested boys in the 1970's. He was charged some time ago but his lawyer has managed to keep his name under wraps till today.

Be interesting to see what Justice this man is served, seeing he has been sitting on the bench for years meting out punishments to law breaks. What a hypocrite! He sits there for all those years gowned up and punishing people for breaking laws, but he himself is a kiddie fiddler!!!!

Being SA, he will probably end up with a $50 fine and a good behaviour bond lmao.

He hasn't been on trial yet, only charged with the offence. Not sure when the trial actually begins.

Oh that makes sense. I think it should be suppressed, incase he is actually innocent, even tho we all know he's not, everyone should get the same fair rights!
