WHAT have you found living in your car?

I had A Vp berlina which had lizards living in it they would start running around everytime I would go for a drive ,they must have been in there for over a year ,how they were surviving I dont know ,but the worst thing that ever to up residence in my car was a nest of ants under the drivers side carpets ,they would swarm me stinging my legs while driving to the point I had to pull over. it took me months to get rid of them ,nothing worked until I ripped up the carpets and got rid of their nest ,which to my surprise was three dust pans full of dirt

Any one else found things living in their car?

when i brought my VS, where the over flow tube goes from the resivor for the radiator to the chassis (to drain away) there was a heap of dead frogs (looked like they where there for a while as they were just bones lol) other then that nothing living in it yet.....maybe a few rats and mice living in the engine bay at nights, as i live around a bit of bush.....little ****s are gonna start eating the wires....grrr

my dads a mechanic and one day he went out this guys house to look at a ea - d falcon i was with him the owner thought the water pump was a bit gone cuz there wasnt water gettin around the engine dad was a bit reluctant but the owner insisted so the next day we were down pulling it apart and there was mice living right through the cooling system and rat **** everywhere ..............

I feel under privilaged, you guys got ants, frogs, mice and lizards and I got WASPS!!!

When I first got her there was a dead wasp above the back seats I didn't think anything hey... End up finding a nest, behind the spare wheel, in the puddle of water, where the boot lining material has all crumpled and turned hard as rock.

I went crazy with surface spray and my lighter.. Meh. My car stunk like surface spray for awhile, but it was for my piece of mind mainly.

I had some s pack seats out the back I wanted to chuck in for ages and did so the other day. After finding two fully grown red backs in the middle peice.. *shudders*

When i first got my old VK i used to own about 7-8years ago now it had grass growing in the carpet,had to strip it rite out to get rid of all the rotten carpet & moisture.

At my last house had my car parked in my double garage at nite also had the dog kennels in the shed at nite during winter aswell as theyre food bowls,i would be driving along & would start to smell cooking dog food.So i started checking & every couple of days there would be a pile of dog food on top of the statesmans manifold.

Havent had that problem at my new house so far lol,stopped over feeding my dogs aswell.

Yeah I've got carp in my overflow, yabbies in the radiator and eels right through the heater core. Really annoying, I think its cos I always fill the water up from my dam. My boot is also full of bull****.

Hubby was driving to work one day when strange noises were coming from under the bonnet he pulled over to find a rat in his engine and I mean all over it, must have gotten in the night before and then had a bit of a trip round the belts f*** it was hard to clean!!

My sisters cat crawled up into her boyfriends engine bay when he drove to work he smelt some thing cooking, and lets just say it took about 10 cans of degreaser to get rid of the mess and smell

Yeah Ive got a spider in the mirror. Hell ive gone to the carwash, got rid of the cobweb and got come and theres webs on the mirror again.

I found something... quite strange in my car wasnt an animal though. When i was changing a couple of fuses I found a scrunched up peice of aluminium foil up behind the steering wheel. Open it up and theres an apple core in there.

The dog LOL. My VL spent some time in the backyard and our dog liked to crawl under it. He went from being a white fluffball to a black fluffball in one day. I got a (lighthearted) revving into from Wifey

Once i had to take the wheel off a car. Up on the hoist it goes takes the wheel off turns back around and theres a possum sitting on the top control arm of this falcon. Scared the **** outta me. Theres not much room in there so **** knows how it was still alive. Took 3 big butch blokes a while to get it to let go with its claws lol.

black snake in the chassis rail of a new hiace,

rats nest at the top of the engine in also a new ford ranger, only came across it cause i saw a slight diesel weep when i was draining the fuel from its tank (another story) buggers had nawed through the injector bleed lines
