If you were to look close enough, you would have seen that they are from Boston, Massachusets (I think thats the spelling). Roughly 4200km's away from Los Angeles.

The announced that they have scrapped the orders for exporting the VE ute to the US, the picture i saw of the ute didnt look half bad! even with the big pontiac front end.

I saw that yesterday. While the ST is a great looking vehicle. I do not think it would sell enough to bring it here. The El Camino is what they used to be called. It was not a great seller 15 years ago either.

But I think it is a great looking car/truck/crossover. To bad.

GM is going to turn Pontiac into a specialty brand. Only time will tell if it works out.
