i am an dim bored out of my ****ing mind right now, its too hot to do **** in the backyard, cant do anything to the ss until i get the vt brake booster bracket fabd upwhich im waiting on a mate to do for me, theres nothing on foxtel and ive run out of jd's.

anyone else in the same situatoin?

Yeah still on holidays, not sure for how much longer, but should be until feb I think but I could get called back earlier

Woke up this morning with an eye infection, stuffy nose and a headache, plus I had to get out and help a mate rebuild a diff in the heat, so really dont feel like doing anything right now, maybe crack some beers later once I know I DONT have to go down the street.

hahaha yeah im on holidays til week after next..getn paid for it tho.
Ive been going down the wreckers, getn stuff cheap and selling it on ebay..made a few hungie already :-)
Otherwise ive just been browsing the forum's, sleeping in til 11am, cleaning up the backyard (yes its frikn hot out there) and buying palms to make it look like a tropical rainforest.
And generally trying to save $ for a new cam package.

Oh that reminds me TOM_1569 , ill start brewing my beer again tomorrow also which will occupy me for half a day or so..

However, i havn't run out of JD! I've got another bottle sitting in my room. One bottle down last night at a mates place.

And the CAT design [topic about it in the audio section] has been doing my head in, so i'm leaving the circuit for a bit before i go back to it.

Mind you i'm not really on holidays. I've got uni and one of my jobs off, but one of my jobs is an all year round job!

Oh its imense fun, washing my eye out every 30 minutes, not to mention it bloody hurts to go outside caus its so bright, even the computer screen took a bit before it stopped hurting.

+1, was told to have from crissy day till the 5th off. had to work all but 4 of those days and it doesnt look like i am getting another day of until about the 17th.

I'm a teacher so I go back to work on the 27th Jan. But before you all start bitching about us teachers and holidays, I've been into work yesterday and today and will go in again next week as I'm building a recording studio (painting, flooring etc), I've got a 91 Laser to fix up and get ready to sell, I've got my own car that needs a good detail and fix up leaks, I've got gardening to do and home repairs/painting, and to top it off we've got a 4 month old that hardly ever sleeps. Who says we don't work hard?

im in the same boat. had chrissy till the 5th off but ended up worken . i seriously havent had a good holiday for about 4 years now. im really starten to get over it. i envy the people that have said they cant find anything to do. it seems on my days off i still have a heap of other stuff i gotta do.

Amen to that brother! Uni goes back very early in March, which means I have had easily 3.5 months off after exams finished mid-November.
