Hey all,
Was just wondering if someone could help me out with the correct tyre rotation for my VN.
I have two mags on the front at the moment, both with near new rubber but I wanted to put my other two back onto the rear. One isn't too bad it has about 3/4 tread left but the other one isn't as good..
I've always been told to keep the full tread ones at the front, but what do you guys recommend?

i always go for the best rubber on the front, and for the back i would put your better tyre on the drivers side if they are not directional tyres.

Okay so the newish ones are on the front. But you do you mean to put the one with the least tread on the left rear?
Okely dokely. Thanks dudes..
i don't really think there is such a thing a correct rotation anymore as most tyres sold are a directional tyre's
so basically like above always have best rubber on the front
I rotate every 5 thousand kms, fronts go straight back and rears go diagonally forward. for directional just swap front to back on each side regularly to even out wear. i never worry about the spare.
aslong as the 2 front tyres are the same tread pattern etc.. Put em on the front.
dont worry, il start a ride thread soon.
