I usually don't use any loud tools until after 11 on a sunday but i have had the odd occasion where i have had to get stuck into something bright and early ect i reckon as long as you don't make a real lot of noise every other sunday then break out the beavertooth and hope for the best

The other thing i have found is usually when i have to make a lot of noise early on a sunday then all the other neighbours get stuck into there stuff aswell! also on the bright side, you have tried to be considerate, if you wanted to be heard you could have removed the muffler for some added noise!

Check with the council what time you can start. Our council on sudnays is no loud noise between 11 and 5. It is great, 8-5 every other day.

Nice to see someone is considerate of their neighbours. I used to have a dog next door that barked 24/7 and did my head in.

They moved out... peace at last.

NOPE. The new neighbours have a handful of small kids under 5 who are outside at 7am every morning, including Sundays, running up and down the driveway that adjoins the bedroom side of my house - screaming and making lots of noise.

One of who works shift work and is fed up of trying to sleep during the day with kids screaming up and down the drive way.

Why can they just not play quietly in a sandpit or something? The little girl constantly screams and squeals at the top of her voice. If I was her mother.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah i hate that. My kids are up early too but i don't let them run around outside making shitloads of noise too early. I wouldn't like it done to me.

i work night shifts and it's quite annoying when people start making noise in the morning, anything before 11am shits me up the wall. can't help it though, my neighbours don't know what i do, plus the guy across the road is landscaping/concreting/making general noise so i can't tell him to start after lunch or something

seems a little restrictive given the EPA guidelines
