There's no proof that it's all original tho.....could be on its 3rd motor, or could just have a different cluster.....could have 600+ ridgey didge k's....no one will know except the previous owner I guess.

welcome to vl clusters

the trip and odo stuff up a bit,
sometimes they stop completely or even they measure 1000km instead of 1km

had my dash shoot up a 100,000km in one cruise, but all is fixed now

My bro had a VU ute go through his work the other day with 660,000k's on it. The cluster stopped working at 500,000k's, and the 2nd one is on 160,000k's (It's all in the logbook). Apparently the owner has only needed to replace 2 or 3 things (which were rather small), and it's still goin as strong as ever.

Our AU falcon has just ticked 770,000kms all on LPG!!

only problems are fuel filter and injectors (the car must start on petrol)

and apart from that it has terribly bad steering, but the engine is 100% (the engine is original to the car)

for some reason falcons ALWAYS last longer than commodores.

whats the place called were you got it from?? My vl stopped at 112,000, 2 years ago.

My old man had an SL/E about 4 cars back (pwoahhh i loved that car, wish it was still with us

rip.) and the ODO stopped at about 425,000ks and he had it for about three and a half years after that

Thats a pretty clean looking VL though, i wonder how much itll go for
