Melbourne Scooter Hire?

So myself and a mate found ourselves in Melbourne today, and we figured, we are here till friday, might as well hire a scooter for the day tomorrow and have a bit of fun (Yes we realise its going to be stupidly hot) and i thought that someone on here may know where we can get 50cc Scooters that can be ridden on Car licences as niether myself, nor my mate have bike licences at this stage...

Can anyone help? A google search netted nothing that can be ridden on car licences, jsut 150cc+ stuff, and we arnt interested in, and cant, ride them!

As far as Im aware you cant ride any Petrol powered scooters on a car licence here, you must have a motorbike licence. But there maybe some that are exempt.
They have been trying to bring in that mopeds and scooters can be riden (sp) on a car licence like other states, but its yet to happen.
