Maybe so, but everything seems as tho he has had mental issues for longer than the last few days! Pretty sure someone even said there was previous mental illness history (not sure if its true tho)

A 'hardline' sentence to me would be a year for vandalism.

She looks like she's spent most of her teenage life at Juvi as it is, 3 months should be a walk in the park for her.
