    Default Mortgage Lenders

    Hi there Guys,
It's come time to split off from the brother with an investment property we are paying off.

At present the property has 3 names of it and wanting to pay him and refinance so only 2 names are on it, is there anyone who has recently refinanced in SA and say they would recommend the person or company they used?

We have agreed on a figure we are paying to him so that part is sorted so it's just a matter of getting the ball rolling so to speak.

    Thanks

    Cheers
    Darren

Go have a talk to your banks financial planner mate, usually offer some great advice.

I had a mortgage with the adelaide bank and found them quite good to deal with. Only reason i switched is because the NAB offered me a great rate, otherwise i'd still be there. Plus we have our buisness finances there as well which helped a bit too.

    Go with a big bank.

especially with financial times like they are, the smaller lending companies will be the first to go belly up.

I suggest you go talk to Mortgage Choice. Doesn't cost anything, they receive the same commission no matter who you go with so they're not putting themselves first and will lay out the best possible deals on the table for you to pick.

Cheers guys, my sister ended up just ringing the bank we are with at the moment, was all done over the phone within 30 minutes so very straight forward and painless.

They ended up waiving the monthly fee and interest rate drops down a little more, any saving is a good saving in my book despite it being for an investment property.
