To think we lost something along the lines of 150,000 > 250,000 last year due to the ludicrous privacy laws.

And yes it's certainly not slowing down, last month we went well over 170GB in bandwidth, a fair effort in that with a mere 38 million hits

The host that we were with simply disappeared, the only way to get the data back was to take it through legal means which would have dragged on for god knows how long.

In the end it was easier to simply use the last complete backup of the site.
