Its Greek cheese made from sheep/goats milk, nothing special especially if you brought it from a supermarket.
Yeah you gotta buy that shit at a PROPER deli. It's alright, nothing special. Danish Fetta is my favourite speciality cheese. And King Island double cream brie.

Allways get all my Deli foods from the continental shop at elizabeth shopping centre, they get all the traditional & imported products.

Personally a Brie fan, but Mozzarella for the everyday things, the meltage is lovely. Think it comes from loving pizza so much
Yeah, brie is nice,
anyone ever tried riccotta? (dunno bout the spelling) it's itallian, most italian delis would probs have it.
But yeah, for everyday things like sandwiches etc I just have either coon cheese type cheese or cheese slices.
