How can people possibly think like this and believe that they are right?
"Thank god for the fires, thank God for the dead people". I'm not meaning to have a go at religion at all but this is just wrong and is similar to radical muslim views. People like this should be found and punished severly. There should be some form of international law where this sort of behaviour and belief is illegal and enforceable by the victim country.

Just for everybody's info, the Westboro Baptist Church is actually classified as a hate group by some organisations.

It's got those members that picket with those "God hates fags","God hates America","God hates soldiers" (they picket soldiers funerals etc...),"God hates Catholics" etc... (Pretty much "God hates <insert>")

They're pretty racist. They send out a fair bit of hate mail as well.

Having said that, without even reading/listening to it, Triple M knew what they were doing. This was a grab for listeners.

I heard a senior member of the Baptist church on the radio on Friday, making it quite clear that this mob has absolutely nothing to do with the Baptist Church and distancing himself and his church totally from their comments and beliefs. He stated that the Baptist Church had suffered previously from the name of the other crowd of clowns and could not understand why they incorporated the word "Baptist" in their title.
