bit of work at yepoon big w, have a lay over in rocky on thrusday and friday, then head up to cairns on saturday. stay there untill friday the next week and head home. yay.

yeah same man i live in cairns and i love watching and being in weather events like rain, storms cyclones ect good thrill lol

i remeber when larry hit inisfail it was heaps windy n crazy at my place (my house is on a hill and faces the gully to inisfail so got hit direct on from wind) my family was scared i was outside on the patio loving it lol

but yeah this cyclone is a beast now cat 4 maybe 5 soon everyone in its path stay safe

you will prob get some rain from it, atm its hitting just after bundaberg further south its going between land contact and cooler waters it will slowly weaken

dude its heading right for you they expect it to be a cat 3 so far when it gets to ur area

im in maryborough and didnt really know it was this bad...like most times is will probly blow over and miss us completely. But there saying that townsvill to maryboriough may hav to evacuate if it keeps on the current track.....crap:P

lets just see how it goes...what the bet it just completely goes away....then again we havent had one in ages and it could strengthen into a cat 5 again when it comes my way

yeh im a little worried...well pretty worried ay. like allot of times they say its gonna hapen and it never does and im like DAM it but this time i really hope not!

i guess we will find out more tommrow.

Man, checking out those stats and hearing wat type of cyclone you guys are in for, seriously hope no1 gets killed its all fun and games yay a cyclone is coming but in reality...its as bad as a bushfire, unpredictable and kills...Stay safe you guys over there!

Another half hour until the next update. It looks like us Rockhamptonites are pretty safe, heading south east still.

I've been in north nsw for the past week with clear skies and I drive back and theres cyclone advice on the tele. Fun times!
