    Default Asphalting costs??

Obviously this depends on what, where, who etc but what is a rough general price for asphalting a section in the back yard for cars to park on?
is it charged per metre - if so - $$$ average?
is it one of those stupidly expensive things or is it reasonably cheap?
for the purpose of the thread, we'll say that there will be no ground work required, just come in and asphalt the area.

Concrete would be your best bet. concrete would be more durable in the long run. it would also be cheaper. you would get a price between $60-$80 sq m for concreting depending on the concreter. the more workers involved the more money it costs. look for a small company that might even do a cash job. i hope you dont need it pumped in to the back yard because it would cost you an arm and a leg for a small job.
