heading down to gold coast

hi! i'm heading down to the gold coast next week (15/3/09) and i was just wondering where the popular spots for cruising are? I'll be down there for a week (sister in-law getting married) and dont want to spend the entire week with the relatives, so any responses are EXTREMELY welcome. cheers might be able to meet up if you would like.

umm the only place i know is the spit/seaway, nice place to drive down too and full a cars on a friday/sat night

a good place to cruise in the coast, hmmm, let me think

absoultly no-where, brisbane traffic as absoulte crap, you cant move from one place to anther on any major road without road works, it's down right un-aceptable the qld transport system. by the time you get to the gold coast you will go screw this and never drive again, beleive me

there are heaps of places you can go and sit in your car in the middle of the road if you want. but cruising, nope.
