What does PCA stand for and how drunk are you at 0.190?MALUA BAY (FAR SOUTH COAST): About 6:20pm yesterday (Monday 26 January) a motor vehicle driven by a 24-year-old male allegedly failed to stop on a request by police for the purpose of a random breath test. It is alleged the driver sped from police in a manner dangerous before running from the vehicle. The man was arrested and allegedly returned a breath analysis of 0.190. The man was charged with numerous offences, including high range PCA.
thanks, it's my xbf and the father of my kids. I'm pretty sure he is facing Jail time for it as it is one of many DUIs. Last time he lost his licence for 18 months. Some people never learn. At least that's one more drunk off the roads.
..0.190 is nearly x4 legal limit
.05 x 4 = 0.20
SIR LS1
the two ton go kart
High range PCA, looks like he will be walking for a while.
hopefully the public transport if half decent... coz if ya in melb... walking is quicker.
But 0.190 ****.
dont worry, il start a ride thread soon.
Like he will stop...he will now just drive unlicensed and keep putting people in danger. Best thing that could happen is that he hits a tree and wipes himself out before killing anyone else.
What a joke.

I was talking to his dad just before and he was already unlicenced. He had a speeding fine he never paid and the RTA had cancelled his licence and rego.
When he lost his licence last time he wrote his car off after hitting a telegraph pole and walked away without a scratch...
He has showed up some weekends and I could have gotten drunk off his breath, Yet would chuck a tantrum at me for not letting him take the kids for the day. He has no idea. He needs Jail time to wake him up.
I was actually trying to get Sole custody of our kids atm and I guess he has done it for me.

UPDATE-
My ex got 4 years disqualification, 1 year good behaviour bond and a $1000 fine..
I was pretty much speechless when his dad told me. What person lets him off when he is such a serial offender?![]()
im really not surprised. im mates with a guy that lost his licence for drink driving. kept driving got picked up countless times without a licence just kept driving didnt really give a ****.(he was a good driver when he was not on the piss). then put someone in intensive care from road rage. didnt get put in jail for that. next week he gets pulled over three times over the limit without a licence. and still not in jail and he is over 20 years old.
they arnt sending anyone to jail. you can pretty much do what ever you want.
yeah and i didnt mention all the drug charges he has got.
that punishment is no surprise really. over here (in the sunshine state) the penalty for driving through an amber light is higher than if you're caught driving drunk.
if you do attempt to gain sole custody, i'm positive his drug/drink convictions will work in your favour

near Dubai (forget exactly what country) where a family friend is working at the moment. If you go through a red light the penalty is 3 nights in jail and a decent fine. Same thing should be bought over here. It's really not difficult to abide by the road rules, and people who break them should get royally fscked in my opinion.

Wouldn't it be easier and less costly for us taxpayers if he simply died from alcohol poisoning at his own home, I mean if he hits a tree, poor tree, if he goes off a bridge tax dollers get spend, hits a power pole, thats more tax dollers.
In fact cheapest option for repeat offenders really would be to auction off there possesions and use the money to put them down and dispose of the remains.
Wow I never realised what a cold hearted prick I can be.
