After seeing another perfectly good VE SS ruined on the forum, who thinks track stripes should be a prohibited item?

Perhaps an infringement could be issued by the police for such crimes against nice cars.

Ever noticed that all the VE's with the stripes are always the least modded Same as fords with the GT stripes, always seems to be a stock N/A XR6.

I enjoy the FPV stripes along the sides. They look like they were meant to be there

personally I couldn't care less what people do with their cars. at the end of the day all I care about is what my car looks like.

i chose candy candy candy just for the fact that that option was there and i didnt know what for.

but yes i agree, it just doesn't look right.

personally i can't see anything wrong with someone wanting to improve the look of their car whether i agree or not. I laugh at ricers as well but i don't have a problem with it (dons flame suit)

Thats the problem, it doesnt improve the look of their car.

On certain cars the stripes look good. On the VE SS's they look ugly and out of place and definatly should be outlawed.

Every once and a while, they'r executed perfectly. This is the car he's talking about, and its totally unjustified saying its ruined. It looks nuts (especially how they extend over the lip)

I'd take this over any car with chev badges, 350 plates, or clear tail lights!

Probably doesn't do the car much justice on that shot. He has black 20s aswell, which add to it (personally i hate black wheels that have a chrome lip, but he pulled the look off well)

Its all a matter of personal preference...

We all like different things, think different things look good/bad etc etc....


Personally, I think SOME of them look alright, if the right colour combo, I like the way those ones go over the lip, but not a fan of the colour choice.. imo..
