Default Who here rides? and what do you ride?

out of curiosity.... who rides? and what?

I ride a Vulcan 1600 Classic with a few bits added.....
    Cadmann air filter setup
    speared mufflers with cat by-pass
    screen
    Oxford heated grips
    Crash bar
    Kuryakyn highway pegs
    Saddle bags
    sissy bar
Power Commander PCIII with custom map.
    Car tyre on the rear.
Sheep skin seat cover (very important! )

    My ride:

    • UNDERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.

    • OVERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the rear.

    • HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the wall.

    • TORQUE is how far you take the wall with you.

What made you choose a Kwacka? Could've picked up a nice HD for that money.

comfort, reliability, no oil leaks and most importantly, service cost.It costs an arm and a leg to service or repair a harley. plus, unlike a harley, it's water cooled which makes it much easier to ride on hot days. Besides, just like i have always been a holden man, i have always been a Kwaka man

Yeah i guess everyones got theyre own preferences,

Reliability & oil leaks are more of a myth than reality in a well maintained EVO or TC.

    VROD is water cooled...

But at the end of the day as long your out riding ay.

KTM 250 EXT Sorry I ride dirt bikes lol.

I want to go get my Learners and get a little CBR250 just to learn and use as a run around, but my family are totally against it, and I need to get a new car before I get another bike.

Out of curiosity, hows it with a car tyre on the back, I couldnt help but think it would handle like shit with it, but Ive never riden one with a car tyre. Also I dont mind the kwacka's I rode a 1000cc Ninja once, seemed to have a bit of poke compared to the 250 lol.

the 450 is getting too many hours (220 Hrs pretty well untouched) so i wanna trade it for a BMW G450X (BMW's Enduro bike)

    450s got
-full red and white plastics conversion
    -guts factory gripper seat
    -HVA/blackbird racing sticker kit
    -head light upgrade

on the pushy side, i have a 09 Diamondback ZETEC deore, nice bike, but i havnt got the time to ride it now

the vrod is also beyond what most can afford. You can buy a new commodore for what you would pay for most harleys.

it handles surprisingly well with it actually.... very smooth, and it corners great! when you consider the bike rear costs about $370 and get's about 20,000 K's out of it, the car tyre cost $200 and i should get more than 50,000 out of it

I've got a 1984 Yamaha IT490 tooth shaker infact even your vision vibrates, may not the fastest bike in this thread but I'd say it's the most dangerous and thats exactly why it stays in the shed

R1's are scary Although i may be wrong, but i know the Kawasaki ZX14-R was the most powerful bike on the market. I'm too old, and too allergic to pain to buy one though.
