photobucket.com
or just use photoshop and resize them before you update them that way its less to upload
or imageshack.us is the same as photobucket but you dont have to register.
Photobucket would be the best free online file host in my opinion as it doesnt spam up with advertising, links or pop ups like the rest.
The simplest way to reduce there size is Windows powertoys, simple right click and resize, brings up a menu of what size you want, and whether to reduce originals or make duplicates, couldnt get much simpler.
If you cant find it, let me know and Ill send it through, but its a free download anyway.
Open with MS Paint. Press Ctrl W.
Stretch by 50% on Horizontal and Vertical axis. Save.
Photobuckets good too, but it'd be better to shrink them before you uploaded.
Got a recent copy of microsoft office? You can re-size and do some basic touch ups with the image viewer in that.
Also a free program called faststone photo resizer is handy for doing batch re-sizes as well as file renames, watermarks, text and borders. FastStone Photo Resizer - Powerful Image Converter/Resizer
+1 for imageshack.
microsoft powertools image re sizer is actually a very good thing and simple to use
