I'm tired of having my personal name, and I want to get it changed. I just don't know where I need to start or who to contact. Or what my costs are involved. Has anyone changed their name before? I just want to change my first name.

I'm sure they will but I was refering to my common name. Like my first name of my real name. I don't know what you call it... Personal name?

I'm assuming you wish to change your christian name legally by Deed Poll - am I correct? If so, try searching Google under that heading.

Gon cost like $192 for change of name and new birth certificate.
Recon there will be fees to changing name on like drivers license or bank cards? or will I keep the ones I have and wait until new ones about to come and fill the forms out?
