Hey everyone, I'm from Central QLD. I used to drive a VR SS Commodore (I say used to because it's out of action for a while... unregistered, uninsured, back tyres are shredded, and a few bits and pieces need to be fixed... lets just say that my fiance got a bit burnout-happy on the weekend and attracted 4 cop cars and a tow truck. Most expensive burnout in history? I think so)
Sorry if this isn't the place for this post but I didn't know where to start haha
Hi BecStar welcome to the forum
As for your fiance... How old is he? I think he needs to grow up! and also MAKE HIM PAY for the tyres.
Its one thing having fun doing burnouts but another when their not legal burnouts in someone else's car.
When you have it fixed we'd love to see some pics![]()
Hey Ozzie, my fiance is 26 this year lol. It's technically ours, we're both listed as owners. But I've confiscated it from him for good... he knows I love that car and he goes and ****s it on me. Oh and don't you worry.. he's got tyres to pay for, $320 for undue noise and smoke... and god knows how much for driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle. We didn't register it again because its in our storage shed/workshop getting fixed up... which is going to take a while (my fiance is also a qualified mechanic)
When its all finished and legal I'll post some pics...
Welcome. Keep the commodore, ditch the ******** who tried to wreck it on you. Can't believe anyone would do that to a jointly owned car (specially at that age....)
Won't hold it against you though, enjoy the place.
, wat an idiot
Oh & welcome to JC, Bec
good to see u laying down the law with ur fiance. He should learn to grow u doing stuff like that![]()
The Blue One
Welcome to JC, enjoy.
Buy your bloke a pushie, that'll settle the burnouts for a while.
Who cares?
He did a burnout, got caught, and is now paying the consequences, no need to tell the lady she needs to find a new man, that's just low, but typical.
Everyone on this board has done a burnout at least once in their life, only difference here is he got caught doing a very big one.
He burns your tyres, you burn his porn collection it brings any grown man to tears...
Thanks for all the welcomes :-D Are there many other girls on this forum?
I've got a rather large list of things to do on my car, so forgive me if I ask some stupid questions on here. Lucky my fiance is a mechanic hahaha. I'm considering today a new beginning for my SS... I got it towed back from the impound lot this morning, poor thing is just sitting there at our shed looking sorry for itself.
xx Bec
Central QLD huh?

A real noob when it comes to cars unfortunatly, love em but a real beginner. so really here to learn.
the VZ is my second car, used to have a falcon xd (with a 302 clevo). i loved her heaps, but keeping her on the road became to costly in my current situation. maybe ill meet her again someday.

YouTube - retard that cant drive crashs his new car into a vw jetta
Haha lil_mickey no it didn't... it went for much longer than that and he didn't hit anything. He backed it out of the driveway, started the burnout, went in a circle and started burning out back up the driveway, sparks flying everywhere as the tyres were shredded. I have a video of it but the format doesn't suit anything on my computer.. gotta pay to upgrade my quicktime. I didn't mind him doing a little one in the driveway, I didn't know he was going to take it on the road and go for 3 minutes. By the time I had run down the driveway he was already into it and the car was going sideways and I definetly wasn't going to risk getting hit by my own car lol
But he made it into the newspaper today lol
Hoon Car Impounded
An Emerald hoon had his car seized by police and impounded for 48 hours after Douglas Street residents dobbed him in for doing burnouts on Saturday night. Snr Sgt Reeves said police arrived at 11.49pm and observed a large plume of smoke near the showground and car wash area. Skid marks were also found on the road surface. The 25-year-old's white Holden Commodore sedan was sezed under the Type 1 hoon legislation. It was unregistered, uninsured and had cancelled plates. The male will appear in the Emerald court on one count of creating unnecessary noise and a number of other traffic offences.
... I hate to say it but I think he'll lose his license over this one. It says that it's his car.. but as I said before I'm listed as an owner aswell.
And goVZ... I'm in Emerald :-D There was talks of a burnout pad being put at the showgrounds, I think it's a good idea, if correctly monitored it would stop a lot of people getting done for hooning. I could hear another car ripping out another burnout down the road as we were getting grilled by the cops.
Morning mr. Burns, heres your messages.
You have 30 minutes to move your car.
You have 10 minutes to move your car.

HOMER: Yello, mr.Burns' office?
BURNS: Is it about my cube?
LOL^^^
Well I hope he learns a lesson from it all anyway...
I think we have all been tempted to do it once or twice, but he was silly enough to actually do it and now he will have to pay the consequences...
Glad to hear no one got hurt and that you were smart enough to stay back
