yeh my mums uncle was in darwin (i think it was) when the top of australia got attacked by the japanese,
and my pop (my dads dad) was in singapore when it got attacked, and was captured by the japanese, said if the british hadn't serended the aussies would have defended it, apparently came with in centimetres of being killed durring combat, but got in first with the bayonet,

alot of brave young soldiers helped defend our country so we could have what we have today.

nice words but if youre a true australian you should join the army reserve and train for the defence of our counrty,get paid tax free and work your normal job at the same time.
