I found this sufficently amusing so thought I would share.
A mate at work who owns a subaru liberty GT import got bored on the public holiday and decided his car needed a CAI. He went along to the local DIY car wash and vac and procded to vacume his car. He then HACKED OFF the end of the vacumme cleaner hose. About 1.5 meters of it. Took it home, tidied it up and installed it. Looks pretty good but I couldnt stop laughing and giving him **** about if he removed the nozzel or not.

So, let me get this straight. This guys OWNS a Subaru Liberty yet can't afford $10 for tubing to make a CAI, so instead he vandalises a place where car lovers go to clean their cars, hacks off a piece of vaccuum tubing and installs it on his car, and that's funny?
Take about being born into the shallow end of the gene pool. This guys parents must be SOOOO proud ........

Yeah its funny. I laughed at the thieves trying to break a window with a brick and the brick bouncing off the window and knocking them both out. I laughed at the idiots jumping of the roof onto a table and injuring themselves (also cringed in pain). I also laughed when I watched a P plater try and put his ED sideways round a roundabout at uni but mounted the curb and beached it in the gardens. But in all cases I shook my head and said what a fool, why would you do that. We (I hope you guys do) laugh at peoples stupidity every day of the week. I think it goes without saying he was a fool for doing this.
He was sufficently flamed at work for the lameness of his actions, but I guess you had to be there to actually get a laugh out of it.

I cant believe you people who flame and sit here on you soiled computer chairs talking crap like a Croat eating metal shards. I know someone who has done this and let me say its 1. resourcefull 2. evens the playing field with todays costly petroleum prices 3. Something that only a person with big sweaty balls could do. You guys need to go on another monobrow cruise and pick up some chicks.. But in reality you guys need to renew your broadband contracts. Loosen your ass holes commodore brothers!

hey brothas, ive been working real hard on this and it might solve your mates stealing ways. It only will cost $239.00, and it can be installed on vb-vp commies. All you need to do is say sorry to the coons and it will be right.

No offense, but you are a bloody idiot (actually I wanted to call u something else but the auto censor picked it up)
1. Its not resourceful, its illegal.
2. This guy is driving a liberty, I think he can afford to buy a bit of hose.
3.It doesn't take balls, this guy is a tight ass stooge.

Well, im new to this site, and i really am anoyed with this. You are a moderator, your job is to moderate. You have come on and made a total fool of this guy. From what your saying, because he drives a liberty he is rich, and because i drive a vp commie im a poor person. Quite sad. sorry to say.

Firstly, I made that post as a member, not a moderator, a member that is quite annoyed by someone coming in here and abusing and insulting members who do not approve of someone elses illegal and vandlous acts. I am not going to refrain from having my opinion or change it to something everyone else would be happier with just because I am a mod. Basically as far as I am concerned just because you can't afford something it doesn't give you the god given right to steal it from someone else. Also good law abiding citizens will be affected when they want to go vacuum their dirty cars and can't because some arsehole stole the hose.

The only funny thing is how dumb can someone be.
Stealing a vacumm hose to use as a CAI 
Now if he found the vacumm hose and decided to use it instead of vandalising and stealing it i would laugh at the idea, but because he did not find it or buy it i can not laugh.

i thought it was hilarious how cheap can u really be. i mean yes some people do dumb things and we all laugh at them but this guy is right up the top of the cake. i can see where he would do it if he had like a bit of hose in the shed or something but not ruining that service for every1else.
and i agree with julie u make 1 post and critise the majoritys few on a stupid act, then wana fight with a moderator. mate u aint gonna last long on the forum lol
