    Always appreciate your support.

Could be a few cooler kits coming up for you down there on V6s

Sounds good Tim. Unfortunately I won't be showing off the raptor ls1 at PC now but I am always happy to support raptor and will continue too

    MR VX

I have several youtube vids on this one (some of it sounds a bit gay lol)

    YouTube - ‪Raptor Superchargers Hilux Dev - 3rd gear pull, 4th pull and IATs‬‏

    YouTube - ‪Raptor Superchargers Hilux development - see it‬‏

    YouTube - ‪Hilux V6 - Raptor Supercharger 4 psi - 1GRFE engine‬‏

The big thing to consider is the 2WD Hilux V6s should have rear axle brake upgrade - which is difficult to do - to bring them to a safe stop everytime.

Otherwise bolt on and GO, the manuals are pretty weak in the clutch too, the 5sp auto rocks tho

I am currently building a Prototype silent charger for the Hilux - I will give it a thorough testing

This charger has a water jacket around the transmission to do the cooling but importantly the transmission will be fully sealed and should be almost soundless. This can only be done when the system fitted has a water to air intercooler system that we can plumb the charger into.

This will be quite a shocker for anyone taking on a stock white hilux

If it works out I will apply the water cooled transmission to Hilux and Subaru Liberty H6 (185kw atw with no cooler)

To fit discs to the rear of a Hilux apparently you have to run Ford Territory wheels (correct load rating w/5stud), not happy of doing this tho, would sort look a bit weird I think

Sounds (pardon the pun) good, Tim
I'm a little surprised you find the rear drums inadequate, have you looked at doing a front only brake upgrade yet?

Went to local drag strip last night for a skid or 2

The Hilux V6 4.0 runs just 5.7psi boost - trans is automatic and tyres are stock Hilux 205 tyres

I am quite pleased with the results actually - seems with 10psi it will crack out some respectable times easy

I hadnt even looked at that - not too bad. I used to often get the "fastest R/T of the night" on TNT's

That run was against a VY SS but something went wrong for him immediately after he hit the accelerator (wheelspin ?), I doubt its THAT slow

    Cool Hilux V6 4.0 Supercharger

See if I can find a latest photo to add.

Finally finished the kit just before Christmas and started shipping them out in earnest - work well too.

    Nick

Yes in one sense, and no in another

Yes - progress in getting kits sold - YES. No one is asking for more power either lol

No - no new updates - it goes plenty hard enough to keep me entertained. Freaking diff is slowly on the way out now!
