mate a front mount, probably a 600x300with 3 inch inlets and outlets. reverse plenum if you can. and you will need two 32 or 38mm BOVS to stop the compresor surge the pipework will make, a good flowing system with minimal bends and if needed use mandrel bends not silcone the tight radiuse of the silicone bends will kill power, and make sure your airflow metre and cold air sensor is after the cooler and before the TB.

i thought the bd11 was a belt driven and went to gears in the xb1A charger. i'll have to look into this and contact tim too. with my pipework i have 3 pipes but cant remember what goes to what. should be fairly similar to yours i'll get some pics tomorrow

is it still like this http://forums.justcommodores.com.au/...-dscf0017.html should take much changing to plumb in a front mount

get a pwr water barrel kit.. got one on my VT and keeps temps consistent. less restrictive than air to air and less piping work needed reducing boost loss

Hey mate sightly off topic. But 250rwKw is impressive on 6psi!!

What engine work have you done?

Do you think the intake manifold makes a big difference?

Did you get it made locally to you?

That's what I'd be doing... Water-air will give you much more consistent intake temps! You lose a lot of boost running all that piping through a front mount compared to a water-air setup.

MACE made a twin TB setup similar to that but i'm not sure if they do it anymore. there is also another crowd that manufacture something just like that. i've seen em advertised in the SC mag. looking at about $1000 for one if memory serves. or you could make your own
