intercooler setups

just pondering the raptor full intercooled setup atm and looking into peoples, as well as mr raptors input as to what is the best setup pipe size and intercooler size and brand etc.

i have a vz v6, so intercooler and pipe pics showing the pipe route and pipe diameters, ideal bov locations and all that would be really helpful.

is this a pipe reducer after the large bov?

TOp 2 pics are of my car, now im re-thinking the cooler as i was talking to a mate with a raptor and i want a wider, shorter cooler for better flow.

As for the reducer, its smaller at the top to fit between the other side pipe and the belt but its pretty much all 3" i dont mind the set up. One thing i would do tho is not get pre made again (nothing against tim or the product as its never failed me) but when its made on the car theres more room to be precise as you can see in the first pic, left pipe into the cooler, below that you can see pipe hanging down. This is because the bracket on the left needs to be slightly moved around to lift that section of pipe up.
