Hey there --I have these for $206.66 AUD delivered, but the problem is---
*** Does the VT, VX, VZ or what have you, have additional linkages between the gearbox and the shifter in the cabin. ***
As you can see, these units just go on top of the gearbox directly. I know they will not fit the VE, but do fit the VS with T56 (yes, they did make some....)
Sorry for the lameness. You're all lucky I drive a Ford so I'm not here asking silly questions all the time.
the above wont fit the getrag box as billet are the only ones out there making a shifter for a getrag. I havent read back but what box are you running? If it is the getrag then the $450 is 100% worth the money. If you come to cairns you can come feel the difference between a standard and a billet shifter if you like.

Dam it i just got back from cairns today! only if i read this yesterday. Ive been told some people can get them around the $299 mark. ill just wait and wish i can find a second hand one for cheaper lol

i fitted the foot rest, clutch & brake pad today! havent dont the accelerate pedal yet as it was starting to rain and to dark to see! Ill tell ya what they arnt such an quick easy job!

go to holden and get the police mode enabled if they do it for vx
i used to temporarily turn it on with my single window cluster with holing the mode buttons in for 3 seconds but it doesnt work with the new 3 window cluster.

ok im looking at lowering the vx, i have 19's so i think i want it to sit in line with the top of the tyre, what do you fellas recomemed. KYB or Monroe GT shocks? was going to use king springs. also do most people put lower springs in the back then the front????

I personally would use KYB or Bilstein shocks
Springs are a matter of taste, I reckon half the suppliers are dodgy as well, springs are either higher/lower than they say
