Well i went to drive it today and it felt like some thing was loose so i took it home and jacked it up, I didn't fine any bolts or any thing loose, my rear left rotor was rubbing on the brake pad with ive fixed a little. but i did notice a fair bit of chunking when i was turning the tail shaft around is that normal?

Ok this is a stupid question but i know F-all about BOV's, I've got 2 x 32mm one's. there's a allan key/nut on the middle top side of them and they are set a 2 different settings by the looks of it. one is screwed in more then the other. What happens when they are screwed into to far or out to far??? I have no idea where they should be adjusted to.

srew it in and it will make the action harder or stiffer, causing the valve to open later or only half way, srew it out and it will be softer and open sooner.
set it to open soon as this is safer for the supercharger

Screw out too far and the screw falls out - they really need to be only in approx 3 turns
Screw in too far and they wont open - causing big problems in many areas

would a adjustable fuel pressure regualtor such as a malpassi help with a standard fuel system? would i gain any thing from doing so?
or should i replace the fuel pump with a walbro?

If you went adjustable FPR you probably need a retune as everything will be out of whack.
Would I gain any from it tho?
I'm also think of a cam and rocker kit any suggestion I've contacted Mace also

Well I ran one of their stage 2 supercharged cams in mine, it seemed to work well but in all honesty i'd just get a set of 1.9 rockers if I did it again.
At the moment fuel pressure on your rail doesn't rise with boost which means the tuner just opens up your injectors for longer and longer as the boost gets higher, a adjustable FPR raises fuel pressure by 1psi per 1psi of positive pressure - so you probably won't see any gains.
I already have 1.9:1 rockers from FIT i got them a few years ago off ebay. Im pretty sure they are just the standard factory ones tho because i didnt notice any difference from them. nor can i tell for sure if they are FIT ones or not. Yeah, I sold my rockers to zeussy, and my whole intercooler kit to a fella named superchargedvys - which I'm still waiting for the final $150 after 12 months.

a stock fuel reg is fine and will rise 1 psi with every psi of boost.save your money for a power mod![]()
I tune the oldschool way fear on the passengers face and knuckle colour cant go wrong

Depending on your insurer, with nrma, it was not one cent more expensive, as long as its mod plated
surely you guys do not pay $58 a month for insurance and $500 excess for a raptor VX/VZ

Im pretty sure mine was only like $25 extra a year with AAMI

Yea nrma doesn't charge extra for the charger, although I raised the price of my car so my premium did go up, but I didn't have to
Anyone know how to clean the o2 sensors safely? can i use carby cleaner and a old tooth brush ? Ive never replaced them before so i thought i should give them a clean.
