You are about 150Hp at the wheels now (150kw engine). This power is lower than a factory stock ECOTEC with high lift rockers etc, maybe you have lowered compression during the engine build which would explain the power reading you currently have

So to find out if 10psi will get you the 270rwkw

Starting at 150rwhp >>>>>>>>>>>> You want to be at 360 - 370 rwhp

Now very roughly 14psi is going to about double your power or a bit more. which will get you around 330 - 350rwhp but you are wanting MORE than that ..................... will never happen on 10psi unless this motor can defy the laws of physics ........... which some might suggest

This is my dyno, car has pacemaker header, 2.5inch cat back, 3 inch intercooler, reverse plenum,12.5mm plenum spacer, 69mm TB, 1.97 rockers, only 10 psi pulley (Need to talk to Tim bout a 12psi pullley), Kaaz 2- way LSD.

217 rwkw, and the run was cut short at about 5500 rpm as starting to lean out, will be fixing fuel enrichment getting tune and probably 12 psi pulley, and I think I'll be very close to the mark. Don't know what my psi at manifold was but given the number and that it is a 10psi pulley I don't think I am loosing bugger all.

maybe i didnt explain it well enough ill go into detail
the engine that i purchased was rebuilt top to bottom.
stock buick engine has 133kws yes ..
its just a very small change and mine has 150kws
i have exhuast extractors and chip from delcowizzid
so im guessing i have 170kws atleast at the engine so at the wheels i would have about 136rwkws
i havent dynoed it but my rough estimate is reasonable
the compression was 9:5:1 or something like that i cant remember
and 112 lobe centre, has a 212 @ 50 thou cam and i cant remeber the details of the other parts in the engine this is all of the top of my head
so even with 182rwhp how much would i reach ? .. with 14 psi as you said doubling it would be between 345 and 365rwhp ? = 257rw and 272rwkws
so if i went 14 psi i could come close
    but not possible on 10psi

    thanks for that Raptor sc

i dont see a reason why you can't reach the 250rwkw with some more rpm/fuel and boost mate

    Ha ha....
I might as well pretend I can't read and throw my hat in the ring.

I'm going to play with the tune and a couple other things.
    It's no emotec, but it's a V6, right?
