I've started fitting up the raptor and i've had a few problems.
The intake temperature sensor doesn't fit in the hole in the intake piping - the hole is too big - am i doing something wrong?
There are two nobby bits on the charger intake piping - one for the BOV and there's another one for a pipe that seems to go over somewhere near the throttle body. Currently i have a bung cover(was supplied with the kit) which is covering this and everything seems to work fine, but I've noticed on every under bonnet picture where there's a raptor They've got the pipe on it. I tried to see where it goes in the instructions but i can't work it out...
Apart from that everything seems to be working fine - especially that CHARGER WHINE!!!
Have you tried giving Tim from Raptor a phone call? I'm sure they will be happy to help.

there is a little hose under the plenum that faces back out to the charger thats were that has to go , i know in the instalation manual its in there
Yeah i had another read yesterday and worked it out - Thanks.
I'll give Tim a ring tomorrow about the temp sensor - i've rigged something up with the old temperature sensor and a bit of 100-mile-an-hour tape and it seems to be working well.
Just get a sensor out of a vt they are bigger
Apologies for slow reply to your PM
I have mistakenly added another temp sensor into you kit, use original sensor and clip, return other one to me if you like
You may be missing the little alloy bracket to secure inlet pipe?
Let me know
