I've pretty much done everything short of stroking the motor - which I'm not too keen on. Any ideas for more power are welcomed. Also a information on a straight drop in performance fuel pump would be appreciated.

Raptor does a 4" intake which should help a bit. enclosing the POD will also help. when you fit the cooler, move the MAF so it's after the cooler and the BOV. i figure that cam will really wake it up, especially with some ace heads

Yeah I might have to see about one of these 4" intakes. As for the pod filter I'm waiting on the intercooler to go in before I have a box built up - I'm going to make a mock-up box out of cardboard, Then get it made up out of a mixture of gal sheets and heat shielding.
As for the MAF, I'll let RCVX work out all that business - I'll just drive the thing...

ok an we can reduce back to 3 inch onto the charger..a flexi intake would be good then we can really make the pressure side of the pipework flow well

Was just about to update this - good news!
My cam should be here by the end of the week, though it won't be going in for about a month now - unexpected holidays to Tasmania tend to wreck the budget...
Also had a talk to ChipTorque in Nerang about getting a MAFless tune - $1400 drive in/out including all wiring and sensors - very tempting.

Righto, just got home!
Put the supercharger on Friday morning - the annoying noise was gone for a while - until the idler pulley gave way too. $30.99 at Repco had me going again. Showed up at RCVX's place and started work on the intercooler kit.
Everything fits perfectly - except for the front bar, but I'll grind that down a bit next weekend. The SSQV valve is a little bit small so I'll be looking for something a bit bigger over the next week.
Had a bit of a problem with the electronic boost gauge. The brand is ProSport from America. For some reason it stopped the blow off valves from closing so all of my boost was being vented constantly. After that was fixed i took it for a strap and HOLY SHIT does it have some poke now! Can't wait to get 12psi happening. I also have to re-do some of the silicon joins as a few blew out tonight when i was having some fun...
I'll get some more pictures of the whole setup tomorrow when it's not 2 degrees outside...

so you blew out some silicone mate,, maybe go for some bigger clamps. im guessing the system isnt loosing much boost,, you will have to let me know what the gauge reads when you put it on ..
was a pretty good job on the overall , no real big problems,

Well they're not all talk, I can guarantee that! The amount of torque that I've picked up from the cooler is insane. I'll be ringing Tim tomorrow to see about the smaller pulley for sure - I'm really keen to get it done.
