finished my 2.5" hot pipe today...
    can definately notice the difference!
boosts heaps quicker and no pressure drop going from 3" to 2.5"

Hi mate, just curious why you went to a smaller pipe size for the hot pipe? Wouldn't the 3'' flow the hot air better? Thanks.

ok my theory on smaller hot pipes. the size of the pipe should work just as good better being the same size outlet of the charger it will keep all the pressure up until it fills the tank on the hot side of the cooler , and as long as the cold pipe is the same size from the cooler to the TB its gonna hold the pressure.

wouldnt have a clue anymore what pulley, lol... 51mm i think...
    until i changed oil i never hit a definate 10psi... always 8-9psi...

but before the 2.5" pipe 10psi... with the 2.5" pipe 10psi...

have also heard the theory that the pipes from the cooler to the tb should ideally be the "same volume of the tb minus the area of the butterfly"...
just like optimum exhaust systems velocity is where its at...

Ok so does this mean that 2.5'' from the charger to the cooler and 3'' from the cooler to the throttle body? Thanks.

    Hey RCVX,

    I have a VT V6 that I've got a Powerdyne supercharger for, I already have a 450x300x75mm cooler with 3" inlets.
I was wanting to know how much some intercooler piping would cost for this setup please?

    Cheers
