Raptor R inlet size

On the Raptor site it says the inlet for the Raptor R is 82mm. I'm just wondering if this is the inside or outside diameter? I'm having a piece of 4" billet aluminium bored out to slip over the inlet so I can run a 4" intake.

Yes Raptor V is 82mm OD

The Raptor R is 100mm OD
