so here has had there charger rebuilt with the new internals Tim has, had me charger back for a week know and im stoked with the improvements. the car revs up a lot quicker and the whistle has died down heaps, bit more sleeperish unless u have a big front mount out the front like i do lol

so if ur thinking about upgrading id recomend doing it

couldnt tell ya budy, never fitted a boost gauge lol. hoping to see sum dyno time soon though

These revised components seem to be giving better response and smoother operation in every instance so far

hey man gave up on trying to sell the kit, really wanna sell the whole car, with my driving style im not sure if im covered by warranty lol. u still got ur car mate

so did the fully rebuilt charger with all new lightweight internals come with a letter saying basically no warranty?

Yeah. Mine went back for a new belt, it copped a full rebuild without me knowing, and got charged for it. Then came back with a piece of paper, with Raptor letterhead, declaring there is no warranty whatsoever. I thought it was very stealthily done.

another guy got a letter with his raptor rebuild... 4th rebuild since march when the kit was purchased

I'm thinking with all those belts snapping that maybe there's a cheaper belt being used?
My charger had a hard life and never managed to snap one, even when it seized solid.
