Had a quick search and couldn't find anyone that has supercharged a vz on dual fuel. I have aftermarket gas installed, will this be a problem or make a difference if i get one of these supercharger kits? I am new and learning, thanks in advance
what brand of gas system do you have ? positive feed or negative vapour injection or liquid ?

Top marks for doing your research first, unless you can get it absolutely confirmed that your system is compatible with forced induction dont do the forced induction or alternatively remove the gas
Lets see who knows what they can tell us about this subject

I went to a mechanic to get my pink slip recently and he didn't know either.. He was surprised at my LPG system though, said it was the top of the line, best you can get and a perfect install
Would it be possible to take the LPG system out and sell it? He said it was worth $6k by itself, maybe $8k installed![]()
I've got vapour injection on my '04 VZ and I plan to turbo it. I don't think there will be any foreseeable problems. I know someone with a turbo'd Nissan Patrol 6 cylinder running vapour injection LPG. I have no idea how much power it pumps out but he has no trouble dropping HSV's with it. My point is, I think vapour injection and FI will go quite nicely together. I wouldn't be in a hurry to pull out the LPG anyway. I've been extremely happy with my sprint/OMVL kit. It makes more power on gas than petrol.
How far in the future before you start your turbo install?
You are welcome to post your trials and tribulations with boosting the gas in this thread

I'm still undecided, i have my car up for sale on here and carsales but i am now thinking of keeping it. I am getting a fair bit of interest and i could have sold it for $10k cash but i couldn't do it, lol. I have been asking around and been getting mixed responses. I called the LPG mechanic i went to to get my pink slip a couple months ago and he said he has seen my model car on LPG, supercharged and some have problems and some don't. This could well be the actual supercharger but he also said with the system i have, there would be no better to install with. So i guess it's just a bit of a gamble in the end !![]()
i also have the same question if any 1 can get bak on this would b apprectiated![]()
I won't recommend it, the original atmospheric system you have has zero tolerance for positive pressure
