VR turbo
On the pressure issue, for super reliability go 9psi and intercool. The power will be excellent and the motor will never die providing it is in good health right now.
The Raptor tune won't be of any help for you, you need a custom tune and yes the 36lb injectors from the super 6 will be perfectly fine for your application. However if you want mad psi later on then the 36's won't be enough but you will need a major engine strengthening program anyway.
Can do you just a set of injectors if that is any help, I think the Just Commodores forum Shop sells them actually and the price last time I looked was very competitive. Check them out.
Hope that all helps.

Today we got a Nissan Siliva with Raptor Superstreet on it's 3800 happening!
What more can I say other than the speedo needle nearly snaps off during acceleration. Phenominal! Will attempt to get some video footage from it sometime soon. Such a light car with so much power, wild bitumen tearing animal!!

Intake pipe
PSI234
Apologies for the slow reply!
The standard fuel pump is fine NORMALLY, however for it to be fine you should replace your pump with another stock Holden pump so everyone can be sure its up to the task. When I say normally I do have one customer and in his instance for whatever reason even when the stock pump was renewed there was insufficient flow to sustain the horsepower. This is not a normal condition and it seems one car every now and then needs a pump with much higher flow.
Regarding the intake pipe I do not have a polished metal type intake for the VN - VP. There just isn't enough room to allow it to fit, you would be supplied with a thermoplastic rubber 75mm flexible pipe solution, this also means the kit is another $250 cheaper. I know the flex pipe is not typical of what we do at Raptor however we just haven't come up with a better idea. The thermoplastic flex will work fine, however there is another option. If you would like to email us direct I can forward you some photos of what customers are doing.

Just double checking here before I quote anything, you have the 3800 in a VN VP or VR?
