    The VT V6 kits have been the biggest mover of late.

    One customer in FNQ cranked out 190rwkw on a hot Cairns morning last week with no cooler and don't believe he even had high lift rockers, he was very pleased ...... all good

    Today we have started experimentation with a 14psi pulley on a VS V6 with intercooler, we are going to monitor that and see how the reliability goes and what supporting mods are needed. For now we will use 2 x 32mm BOV and check the system stability at this pressure.

    sounds good, ill b keen for one of these, doesn't proflow's vs v6 turbo car run 19psi? and thats only with some rockers, i wonder how long that lasted

    Everything becomes safer with VLC, its the one option that does allow more compressor speed with mechanical safety

    In saying that we could run 14psi on a 3.8 it will be less on a 4.2 stroker as it naturally takes a few more RPM from the SC to fill them up anyway

    Our testing started today, would you like us to test it first and see if its all hassle free?

    We would rather be the guinea pigs when it comes to increasing the supercharger speed, than anyone else.

    can you keep me in the loop tim and when you feel its the right time give me a call or pm me your thoughts, keep in mind my ecotec has only 140k on it. Also keen to look at a 4" intake set up to so i can get some ideas. Cheers

    14psi is getting full on. the difference with the turbo car that ran 19psi is that they get to turn it down lol.

    it will be interesting to see if they the old ecotec will hold up

    14psi would only be like 11-12 psi in the manifold? I have seen a few ecotecs (turbo) in 15psi on standard engines, they seem fine so might be possible

    The VS was showing 13psi in the manifold yesterday. Needs a massive retune now, thrown the tune to the doghouse after 4900rpm. Just way too much change

    that proflow ecotec is actually an L67 bottom end with a ecotec plenum thrown on and 14psi would be nuts would probablly be better to try on older motors that have lost a bit of compression over time or on a motor built for it

    Here is the video of the VS intercooled 13psi (manifold) system

    Check out the general system design, this is a custom install and cannot be purchased as a system from Raptor but check out the BOV location, size of intake, placement of AFM and much more

    Nice little ECOTEC getting a custom tune at Electronic Automotive today, has a custom cam (ie not stock) and Raptor non intercooled kit, made 190rwkw at 5000rpms, Tim stopped there due to something weird with the airflow meter or similar, will like to see what this little item can do at 6000rpm. Its basically 30rwkw ahead of where it should be at that revs.

    If I ever get the answer I will let you all know.
