A kit for this engine has been sorted and is currently being finalised in terms of tuning and other small updates. Production will be very limited for a few months and then increasing.

There are a couple of stages being offered and the kits will only be available through businesses who specialize in Commodores to begin with.

There are cheaper kits as we all know, this system is 100% complete with no compromises in terms of parts and power output. I will forward a dyno chart when its forwarded to us. You are welcome to ask all the questions you like about this one.

The actual developer of the kit is LS1 Proformance (Mackay 07 4951 0433) will be handling all sales and distribution of this sytem which embodies the Raptor supercharger.

1:are these positive displacement style or centrifugal units that you are using?
2:and does all hardware include intercooler an associated pipework? or are you running without it?
3:and finally, what sort of power are you expecting from this system?

To answer your questions:

1:are these positive displacement style or centrifugal units that you are using? All Raptor units are the centrifugal type supercharger ( http://www.raptorsc.com.au/products.php )

2:and does all hardware include intercooler an associated pipework? or are you running without it? No intercooler included with sytem described, but otherwise totally complete. Next stages will include intercoolers.

3:and finally, what sort of power are you expecting from this system? 300 - 330 RWKW for this basic system.

The basic kit/tune on 95 octane fuel made 290 RWKW on 7.5psi, car had extractors and exhaust fitted only. Very exciting with SO much more to come, will be upping the boost, adding cam, changing heads, intercooling etc as we progress down the track with the LS1.

i am getting a crank sent out the states 7.1ltr 432 cid
for the ls1
but looking for blower to suit m112 is apperntly to small
any advise

Yes, Whipple 3.3 liter is the blower for you, no doubt about it thats providing you want a Postive Displacement type blower.

Eaton M112 wouldn't have a chance of pumping that up.

ok i got a bit of a story about my build up of my ls1 vu ss and some of the troubles ive had geting a single custom turbo kit made for my ute. here is a few pics of the build up. PWR water to air barrel intercooler

this is the cooler tank for the water to air intercooler

custom header tank and intercooler plumbing

patriot heads

dump pipe and manifold

turbo and pod filter



ok now you have seen all the pics of what it use to look like turns out the turbo injested some rubber some how and stuffed the compressor wheel and the set up of the custom manifold was rooted. It was two close to the heads and the coil packs were arcing from the coil packs to top the heads and the hole system made the motor run two hot. It could have been modiflyed but there was no guarantee that it was going to work after the modications so what has this got to do with raptors superchargers you may ask the turbo has been pulled off a set of 1 3/4 4=1 paceys 60lb injectors raptor v had been fited and running 10 psi of boost and in a month or so a cam will also be installed so i should be picking my ute up next week some time and will post some more pics and dyno sheets then moral of the story dont be a ginne pig and only use tryed and trusted ways of increasing proformance i will say a big thanks to tim @ raptor and tim @ ls1 proformance for fixing this mess and i will keep every one here posted to
