The only option for you now is a brand new perfect finish unit, let me know if that doesnt suit

Just thought that I'd put it out there that I'm selling the intercooler piping setup for a vt-vy ecotec commodore. It does require modding of the Reinforcement bar and a hole cut in the guard under the air box, but it works with the standard plenum. You do need to relocate/remove the coolant overflow container also.
Comes with:
bosh 25mm valve
spot for another 32mm valve
intercooler, plus brackets for mounting
Stainless steel intercooler piping - top parts mildly polished.
Heaps of silicon for the joins
Heaps of T clamps

Welding and fabrication was done by Raptor Charged VX - he knows his shit, yo.
$800 for the lot.

I have something to interest

USED - 1 LS1 basic kit (charger, bracket, belt, idlers, 66mm blower pulley, BOV x 2, 1 x 2 BAR MAP sensor) $1650

This kit comprises bits and pieces from the development of the LS1 kit, most of it has not been used for boosting but just for bolting up and checking stuff for alignment etc. The charger itself will be a second hand unit with new internals but will appear to definitely have been used ie scratches etc.

IF you combine the above parts with a charger intake pipe and large pod filter, ASE intercooler kit, add some injectors and a tune you are looking at 300rwkw @ 6.5psi



Coming up in around 3 months time - one full Alloytec kit - second hand. This is the kit we purchased to duplicate - in VERY good condition. I will price it for you all when the time comes to actually sell it. You are welcome to PM me with offers in the meantime if you are genuinely interested
