There are a lot of ways to cheaply turbo an RB30 I reckon .........

Nissan ecu's are quite tuneable with freeware/hex. But there's a good realtime program like Kalmaker for the delcos (but better again) called nistune NIStune - Nissan Realtime ECU tuning
