ESP on Display HI Yes the ESP will show an animation on the display if it cuts in. I have seen this on the display when pushing hard into a corner on a dirt road.

I too had a noise front the front end, it turned out to be no power steering fluid due to loose hose clamp. I have since had it fixed and will keep my eye on it.

HI Our Adventra has done 19,000 kms and the fuel economy has improved out of sight in the last few thousand, we did a 600km straight trip this week and the economy is around 10.9/ per 100kms same trip 5000kms ago was 13 per 100kms. Hope that helps.

I have only ever washed the car but the detailer’s uses some sort of silicon based product and the black comes up a treat and looks ok with the white car. I would still prefer to have them the same colour as the car.

I Am with you adventraman the painted engine covers look great but i am not sure how the painted bodykit would look as the plastic is quite rough. How long have you had the LX6?

There seems to be a pattern here as my wife also did not like the Territory and loved the Adventra. We went for the LX6 as the standard features were better. Eg ESP, EBD, Corner Control Etc.

Yeah my Adventra does this same thing but it is not the auto start as engine is running and the sound can last up to 10 seconds or so.

I could be wrong but it was my understanding that this 5 speed auto had been around for a while overseas, and had proved to be reliable smooth and quiet.

Sounds like you have a problem! The 5 speed auto in mine is great, smooth and quiet

LX6 and Calais The Adventra LX6 and Calais have heated mirrors so there would also be extra wiring for that as well
