The high beams came on dull without actually engaging the high beams, then once I engaged high beams they were bright as normal and HIDs turned off. It was weird, either way I got it sorted out and they seem to be working how they should be now. Thanks for the help!

Awesome, I just had to rotate the HID's plug counter clockwise and it worked. Yes that is a factory headlight, they aren't staying in there either, I just want to see how they look. Hopefully have VE SV6 by the end of month, that will be the HIDs new home. Thanks for the help!
