really? i thought the ashtray would just pull out, it does on most other cars.

now thats a build thread. the only thing i would do is get rid of the HSV badging and logos. its not a HSV so why pretend. let it be what it is. and surely as a P plater with with the rules having HSV badges are sure to attract copper attention.

after looking at some of the other posts on here i have some "to do's" White LED conversion Fog lights replace fake woodgrain. im sure ill come up with more.

i would go with the replacement as spare. you can generally get the wheel scratches fixed up pretty cheaply. i was quoted 150 to get my shadow chrome ones done on my old wrx.

not a huge amount. as i said, bought for family so with 3 kids there isnt much room for car modding. i have some polk audio splits and a kenwood sub and amp from my wrx that i will probably put in it. other than that im pretty much happy with how it is. the wheels, lowering and tinting suit me...

meh, **** kit or not it was in there when i bought the car, and i cant afford/be stuffed getting another one put in. if it works ill use it. if it doesnt, ill probably keep using loudspeaker on the phone itself

i had a whine in one of my old car installs. are your amp cables all running down the same side of the car. i found that by running the power cable down one side and speaker / rca's down the other it cleared it up.
