No, it only had the temp spare, but i would look at getting an alloy spare anyway, which means i could then just do as you suggested. Just want to make sure the suspect ion etc is good now. its a 2007 model, one of the early ones. What timing chain issues should i be on the look out for.

That's just the thing, it isn't a bad deal, and unfortunately there are not too many around in the orange i like ;) I had a basic look at the suspension, nothing stood out majorly, but as you say it has definitely hit very hard to do that.

Hello All, Just got around to doing it. Left the plenum and throttle body attached to the car but removed all the sensors and wiring etc. Gave it a good scrub and can definitely notice a good difference.

So they have replaced the CV joints, now i have a new/different vibration, it seems more constant, there when accelerating, cruising and braking. Any ideas.

Just got I back from the mechanics, cv joints replaced. Is definitely better but certainly not gone. Torque converter perhaps?

I have this exactly. Not driveshaft or engine mounts. Definitely transmission. When accelerating it goes away and when I flick it into neutral it goes. It isn't always there. Time of day has a lot to answer for. Would love any help.
