Not sure if this has already been posted but according to Holden Customer Care the long awaited map update is now available. It costs a little over $100 after a discount is applied, can't remember the exact figure though. I'll be asking for it at my next service.

I thought the paddle shift was added in the MY15 update and all series 2 autos would have them. I have a MY14 series 1 and there was no paddle shift option at that time. Would like to retrofit but it would be depend on the cost.

I chose Sliver Nitrate with the black rims for my VF1 and it looks pretty sharp. If I was to buy another one I would go the Jungle Green. A Clubsport or GTS in Jungle green looks special.....just dreamin' now.....

The HUD is great but what really impresses me is the way the Redlne handles. The thing just bites into curves and bends and holds its line perfectly, they have the suspension sorted beautifully on this car. Would also have to mention the low down torque and effortless power.

The LS9 crate motor costs over US$25k direct from GM in the USA so that alone would add about A$40k to the landed cost in Oz. You could easily see the beefed up drivetrain putting the car into a whole new market position here. It would be an absolute screamer with Corvette Z1 mechanicals.

Yeah, SCA sell them - they have a adhesive backing. I haven't seen the others which from the photo look like clip ons. I dunno I kinda like the look of the red ones.

Just be careful that you don't run the battery flat. I've been caught on this and it doesn't take all that long before the battery loses charge and the car won't start.
