Update - since I've started driving the car more than once a week I haven't had the error. I'm thinking it only occurs when it's driven very infrequently and the battery gets low. Been 5 months without it happening now.

Yep there was a little nozzle or something that had sprung a leak where it gets filled up which they replaced. Cheers

I don't think so - when I wind the window up on the left 90% of the noise disappears. If I open the right window but keep the left closed I barely hear it. It's like that noise when there's no station on tv....beeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrreeeèeeeerrrrrr

Where abouts is the fuse? I thought if the screen and all functions were working then that indicated the fuse is ok...that said, I could not locate an "ac" fuse... there are diagrams online but I'm not sure which one to pull. Thanks

Hi guys, VE SSV 2007 ute, worked perfectly last time I drove it, now when I press the AC button nothing happens and it keeps saying AC OFF on the main display. Can't hear the compressor clicking on, and air is obviously hot. No error codes at start up, any ideas? I did wipe the dash down...

Man mine is stock and between 3" exhaust and carrying a couple hundred kilos in the back on occasion there's no way I'd want it lower... I'm curious why people do this?
