l took the fan apart , gave it a clean and now it works but there's a something like a air hissing noise coming from around the fan area and it will only blow on the windscreen. All other positions of the switch dont work. l might have to take the fan back out but l dont know why the fan will...

Just tried that and nothing happened so l'm assuming the fan is stuffed...

Thanks for the help. l have removed the fan. Now how can l test it. Can l just connect the terminals to the car battery to see if this will turn the fan or is there some other way that l have to check it.

Would you be able to tell me how you removed it as my fan stopped working and l think this might also be the issue. Mind you l sold the car to a guy without a rwc and the fan was working then but he had a change of heart and l felt sorry for him so l cancelled the transfer and now the fans now...

Just got Maxiis 235/45x17 put on and the guy says run them at 34 psi which l do. They seem ok but l'd only go up 2 psi more if l wasnt happy. Strange was the fact that l went straight to my servo to check the psi in the tyres , one was 34, two were 37, the other was 32. Seems like near enough is...

l'm also looking at Nankangs but in 235/45x17s l can pick up a set for $520.00 + alignment. l have Bridgestone 235/45x17s atm but cant afford over $300.00 per tyre. How much noisier are the Nankangs.....l hate noise. :bang:. lt's the family car so average driving is done .........no speeding...

l paid $28000 for my 2003 vy exec it had 7000 k's on the clock with a partial s pack on it. Now its done 37000 k's and l changed a few things on it. "check my pix" A car yard offered me $14000 for it. Best joke l'd heard in years!!!!!!!!:rofl:

Hi l've got problems with the cd/radio in my vy :cry: . The volume controls on the steering wheel doesnt work properly . Some times all is fine other times the volume up button sends the volume either down or mutes it and the volume down button sends the volume up. Its driving me mad...

Well l've done it:) i've put the vx rims on. then got the car lowered with FE2 springs and put a VY berlina body kit on and its exactley what l wanted................ Pics 2 follow
