So out of no where my car decides to blow the a/c on my feet on start up. If i pull over within say 5 mins restart the car it goes back to normal blowing out the top vents.. Tried a stethoscope its def a metal sounding from underneath right hnad rocker cover Did also try using different rockers Forgot to mention when using lifters additives the sound goes away for a few days of driving.

checked all the push rods when i replaced the lifters they looked normal Could it be a 1 roller rocker maybe? Also the valve springs looked good.

You can try to pressurize the cabin by letting the car run with the aircon flat out and all the windows up for a while then spray soap suds around the problem area If there is a problem you will see bubbles from the pressure leaking out.
