metal and trance are two fairly opposing styles of music, so whats best for trance wont be quite as good for metal. IMO the difference wont be that huge, just take a CD with trance and metal on it to a shop and listen to speakers

Before i say this please note im not 100% sure. But i think that the capacitor needs to be wired in parallel to the amp. So- that means connect one of the + to the battery and the other to the + on the amp. On the -ve, connect one - to earth and the other to the -ve on the amp

Actually, putting weight in the boot isnt done to increase teh tyres surface area, its done to increase the downward force on the wheels, and this increases traction. Width of wheels doesnt really play that much of a role in it

Dunno if the loom will work- a VS has different sensors etc eg. VS has a MAF and 2 o2 sensors, VR has a MAP and 1 o2 sensor

If its going into a glove box id install two fans, probably two computer fans, one blowing air in, teh other blowing it out, 'push-pull style'

No way, theyre easy as to remove. It might possibly be calais HUs or something that have the screw at the back, but it looks like you have an exec so i doubt it would be there.
